SJCOE is moving forward to replace the playground equipment that was destroyed by vandalism at John McFall School, which serves some of the County’s most needy pre-kindergarten special education students.
In the meantime, SJCOE have secured the area where the playground equipment was, and are getting estimates as to what replacement cost and the timeline will be, coupled with what our insurance will cover.
This is the second time that the playground area was destroyed by vandals at John McFall School. Superintendent Mick Founts stated, “It is truly a sad day when vandals attack a playground that is used by our very young special education students. We thank the community for the numerous calls and emails showing support.”
